Banana Bread

Serves: 4

Time: 20 minutes prep / 60 minutes bake

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 100g cane sugar
  • 60ml vegetable oil
  • 60ml plant milk
  • 150g flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: nuts, chocolate chips, cinnamon

Instructions:
Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 50–60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Mash bananas and mix with sugar, oil, and milk.
Mix dry ingredients. Combine with wet. Add optional mix-ins.
