Anti-Waste Linguine

Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- Carrot tops
- 5 tbsp pumpkin/sunflower seeds
- 3 garlic cloves
- 12 tbsp olive oil
- 450g linguine
- Optional: basil
Instructions:
Mix with pasta and reserved cooking water. Top with extra seeds and herbs.
Cook pasta. Blend tops, seeds, garlic, oil (and basil). Add salt and pepper.
