Elderflower Cordial

Description

A sweet and floral cordial made from foraged elderflower clusters.

Ingredients

- Elderflower clusters - Sugar - Lemon - Water - Citric acid (optional)

Method

1. Combine elderflowers, sugar, lemon zest, and citric acid (if using). 2. Pour boiling water over the mixture. 3. Let it cool, strain, and bottle.
