Ingredients
– Nettle leaves – Potatoes – Flour – Eggs – Parmesan cheese – Nutmeg – Salt and pepper
Method
1. Blanch nettles and potatoes. 2. Mash and mix with flour, eggs, cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. 3. Shape into gnocchi. 4. Boil until they float, then pan-fry.
