Rosehip Jam
Description
Sweet and tangy jam made from foraged rosehips.
Ingredients
– 2 cups wild rosehips
Method
1. Rinse the rosehips and remove the stems and blossom ends. 2. Combine rosehips, sugar, and lemon juice in a pot. 3. Simmer until softened and thickened. 4. Transfer to sterilized jars and refrigerate.
